Bancheng / Moving
Products, members and site content come across together. You preview the new site first and switch your address only when you're happy; after the switch, your first month of Pro is free.
SHOPLINE, CYBERBIZ, Shopify, WooCommerce, Weebly, WordPress or a site you built yourself. Products and members from a shop platform are imported from that platform's own export files; pages and articles from a brochure site are brought over by our team.
Moving is free, and so is your first month of Pro. After that, Pro is US$31 a month (billed as NT$999), with your website, shop and AI assistant included. Customers pay straight into your own payment account, and we take no commission on sales. You can change or stop your plan at any time.
The moving offer is once per shop.
The Products and Customers pages in your dashboard both have "Move from another platform": upload the Excel or CSV exported from your old platform, and the system recognises the columns, groups each product's variants, and shows you a preview before anything is imported.
Moving is free. Once your new site is live on your address, your first month of Pro is free, then the regular Pro price applies. Once per shop.
No. Their details come across and we send them an invitation to set a new password. Passwords themselves can't be moved: no platform hands them out.
No. We build the new site for you to preview, and you point your domain at it only when you're happy. Your current site keeps running until then.
Old product and article URLs are redirected one by one to the new ones (301 redirects), so bookmarks and search results still land on the right page.
No. Order formats differ too much between platforms, so export and keep your orders from the old platform. Members who order again with the same email or phone have their new orders on their account.
Yes. "Move from another platform" on the Products and Customers pages reads export files from SHOPLINE, CYBERBIZ, Shopify and WooCommerce and shows you a preview before importing.
