AI chat · Online orders · Website
Give the AI your menu, price list and FAQ. It answers only from what you gave it, and hands the conversation to you — in your own words — when it doesn't know. Your website and your orders live in the same dashboard.
No credit card for the free plan. Already have a website? Paste one line of code and it works there too.
Two real questions
This is the assistant on one of our demo sites, a Hakka restaurant (fictional), answering from its own knowledge base. On the left it's asked a price and finds it; on the right it's asked whether there's a table tonight — it can't see bookings, so it sends the guest to the reservation page instead of guessing.
The demo is in Traditional Chinese. The assistant replies in whatever language your customer writes in.

AI customer service
Upload a menu or a manual, or paste some text. The AI answers from that content; when it can't find the answer it declines in the words you chose and hands the chat to a person — instead of making something up you'll have to apologise for later.
Import PDFs, text or your existing web pages. Answers come only from there, and edits take effect on the next reply.
Friendly, professional or upbeat — and exactly what it says when it can't find something. That sentence shapes how customers feel about you.
You see the whole conversation in the dashboard. Once you reply, the AI steps back; if you go quiet, it picks the chat back up.
One line of script on any website; connect your own LINE Official Account, Facebook Page and Instagram DMs. One knowledge base, one inbox for handoffs.
Customers write in English, Japanese or Thai and get an answer in the same language — from the same knowledge base.
Every reply records who wrote it. When someone leaves, disable their login — no need to change your own password.
Orders and payments
Connect your own Stripe account and you're taking payments. The payment provider pays you directly; the money never passes through us, and the system has no way to route it anywhere else. In Taiwan, ECPay and NewebPay work the same way.
Prefer no card fees at all? Turn on bank transfer only: the customer pays and reports the last digits of their account, and you mark the order paid once it shows up.
We take no commission. Whether you sell ten thousand or ten million this month, you pay us the same flat fee. Many shop platforms take another 1.5–2% of sales on top — on US$15,000 a month, that's US$225–300 every month.
Up to three option axes per product (size × colour × material), each combination with its own price and stock. Stock can be unlimited for made-to-order shops.
Every status change is logged, cancellations return stock automatically, and tracking numbers live on the same page.
Limit a coupon to certain products or categories, price a set of items together, suggest add-ons at checkout. They stack — the same dollar is never discounted twice.
Name the courier you already use and add its tracking page. After shipping, post updates — in transit, out for delivery, delivered — and customers follow along on their order page.
Customers move up a tier as they spend and see their price on the product page, not as a surprise at checkout. Issue store credit with an expiry date for refunds or rewards.
Service businesses can run on enquiry forms alone, with your own questions — event date, floor area, number of guests.
Website
Not an add-on — it comes with everything else. Pick a layout, arrange sections, save and you're live. Desktop and mobile layouts are set separately, so nothing gets squashed on a phone.
Each language gets its own URLs and hreflang tags, so search engines index them separately. Write translations yourself or let AI draft them — and the assistant links to the right language version.
Team, reviews, price lists, timelines, maps, galleries… use the same one as many times as you like.
Point your domain at us; HTTPS certificates are issued and renewed automatically. Moving from another platform? Redirect the old URLs and keep your rankings.
Titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, sitemaps, structured data and instant indexing notifications — from day one, no plugins. Details →
After you take over a chat, switch on two-way translation: their messages arrive in your language and your replies go out in theirs.
Products, orders, conversations and knowledge export to CSV that opens in Excel. If you ever leave, you don't have to ask us for anything.
Blog
This loop only works when the website and the assistant are one system — which is the main thing that sets us apart.
Demo sites
These are fictional businesses we built to show what a site looks like with real content. They're in Traditional Chinese — open the chat bubble and ask in English; it answers in English.
A small coffee roastery with a shop, tasting and brewing classes.
Car repair shopAn independent garage: services with price ranges, quotes before work, warranty terms.
RestaurantA Hakka restaurant: menu, set menus, private rooms and table booking.
GuesthouseA five-room mountain guesthouse: rooms, rates, refund rules and house rules.
Tutoring schoolA tutoring school: courses, fees, make-up classes and refunds.
Real businesses
Some moved their whole website and shop here; others only added the assistant to the site they already had. Both work — it depends on what you're missing.
A maker of advertising displays, digital signage and LCD screens. Their website, shop, blog and assistant all run on this system, under their own domain.
A Taiwan-made LCD TV brand. 32" to 65" sets are sold at listed prices; commercial displays, touch screens and video walls go through quotes. Website, shop and assistant on this system, under their own domain.
An appliance store in Taichung that sells, repairs, installs and relocates appliances. Its customers come looking for something specific, so the header works like a superstore: a big search box and menus by category and by brand.
Hardware for Pokémon GO players. They built their own website and didn't change a word — they pasted one embed code, and a chat assistant that knows their products appeared in the corner.
These are live sites (in Chinese) — the assistant in the corner of each one will answer you in English.
Plans
Your quota runs a month from your own sign-up date, not the first of the month. No contracts; change or cancel any time. Prices in US dollars are a guide — plans are billed in New Taiwan dollars at the amount shown.
Billed as NT$399 / month. Early-bird price, kept for as long as you stay subscribed. Yearly: US$125 (NT$3,990) — two months free.

FAQ
It answers only from the material you upload. When it can't find something, it declines in the words you set and suggests talking to a person, instead of inventing an answer. You can take over any conversation from the dashboard.
Yes — that's how many people start. Paste one line of code into your existing site and the chat bubble appears; nothing else changes. You can move the whole site over later if you want.
No. You connect your own Stripe account (or ECPay/NewebPay in Taiwan) and the provider pays you directly. The system can't route a payment to anyone else.
The assistant pauses automatic replies; visitors' questions still land in your dashboard where you can answer them. Your quota resets on your own billing date, not the first of the month, and we contact you before you get close.
Yes. The dashboard is mostly "upload your material, pick a layout, fill in your content" — about as hard as editing a document. If you get stuck, email us and we'll look at it with you.
It's yours. Products, orders, conversations and knowledge all download as CSV files that open in Excel, and your custom domain stays yours to point anywhere.
Beyond the platform
Bancheng is made by Bancheng Network, a Taiwanese software studio with fifteen years of Android and ten years of iOS development and more than sixty shipped projects — from clinics and fleets to listed companies. When the platform covers what you need, use it yourself; when it doesn't, talk to the same people.
Native development, store submission and ongoing maintenance — memberships, push notifications, payments, maps, camera and scanning.
POS, ERP, an existing member database, Bluetooth and IoT devices, third-party APIs. Your website is already here, so there's no third party to coordinate.
The one thing your business needs and the platform lacks can be built straight into your site — no need to move for a single feature.
You get a timeline and a quote after a short requirements call — usually within three to five business days, with nothing to sign first.
