Bancheng / How we work
This page covers three choices we made in how the system is built.
Shop payments go through your own Stripe account (in Taiwan, your own ECPay or NewebPay account), so the money lands in your bank account directly. No waiting for a platform payout, no commission taken. This is an architectural decision, not a promise — there is simply no path in our system for collecting the money first and passing it on to you later.
Many shop platforms take another 1.5–2% of every sale on top of their fee. On US$15,000 a month in sales, that's US$225–300 a month, up to US$3,600 a year — and the better you do, the more you pay. With us it's the same plan fee no matter how much you sell.
It isn't a general-purpose chatbot with your shop name stuck on. It answers only from what you've given it, and when asked about something you haven't taught it, it says it doesn't know. That means it can answer fewer things — but it's also less likely to get them wrong.
Products, orders, conversations and your knowledge base can all be exported to CSV by you, without emailing us to ask. A platform you can leave at any moment is the only kind that has earned the right to ask you to stay.
A feature the platform doesn't have isn't a feature that can't be built. Bancheng is made by Bancheng Network, a Taiwanese software studio with fifteen years of Android and ten years of iOS development and more than sixty shipped projects, for clients from clinics and fleets to listed companies.
We build iOS and Android apps, Windows desktop software and internal business systems, connect POS and ERP systems, and integrate Bluetooth and IoT devices. And since we already know how your website works, there's no new vendor to explain everything to from scratch.
You get a timeline and a quote after a requirements call, within three to five business days. Email us to talk it through — nothing to sign first.
